Statement from CBS VP Nigel Mercer on the shocking attack on Graeme Perks

According to CBS VicePresident and consultant plastic surgeon Nigel Mercer;

"Graeme is internationally acclaimed within the Plastic Surgery community and is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. He has only just retired and to be fighting for his life in his own hospital after such a horrific attack is beyond shocking. He has advocated patient safety through out his career and has been a fantastic friend and colleague. He cherishes his family as they do him. Our thoughts and prayers go out to them."
