CBS Supports University of Nottingham Research on Workplace Mistreatment of Surgeons – Take the Survey Today

CBS is delighted to support this important project, which seeks to understand and improve the wellbeing of surgeons by exploring workplace mistreatment and its impact on the profession.

Researchers at the University of Nottingham are recruiting UK-based surgeons and surgical trainees to take part in an anonymous 10-minute survey on workplace mistreatment and wellbeing. This research is looking at factors that promote surgeon wellbeing, as well as addressing predictors of different forms of mistreatment. The outcomes of this study aim to contribute to support and protection of surgeons and surgeons in training to maximise wellbeing, engagement and retention. By taking part you can have your say about your working environment. We welcome responses from all grades and regions of the UK, regardless of whether you have experienced mistreatment at work.
