CBS President Mr Mark Henley, has been reflecting on, UK Plastic Surgeon, Shailesh Vadadaria’s publication “Reflections from a Plastic Surgeon – Personal perspectives following a Fatal Critical Incident” and is highlighting the article to provide insight into coping with catastrophic circumstances.

Mark comments;

"I can only commend Shailesh and hold him in the highest regard for his honesty, humility and willingness to share his unfortunate experience of this tragic event with our community as a whole.

I believe that it should be mandatory reading for all surgeons as a catastrophe such as that described could happen to anyone and is something from which we can all learn."
